Collins, Jane E.
Age 68, of Hamburg passed away on Tuesday afternoon, January 3, 2023. She is survived by her four cherished siblings: James (Carol) Collins Jr., Linda (Peter) Vrabel, William (Laura) Collins, and Patricia
(Alan) Sailer; also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving partner David Nelson and her parents, James and Mary (nee Cooper) Collins Sr.  Jane was a 1972 graduate of Tonawanda High School and later earned her BS at Buffalo State University.  She worked as a Medical Lab Technologist at Kenmore Mercy Hospital.  Jane had many interests and hobbies.  She believed her greatest gift was being an aunt to her many nieces and nephews.  She would attend concerts, musicals, various activities and sporting events.  She enjoyed traveling with her family and was a proud aunt who participated in everyone’s life milestones.  She was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, she loved painting ceramics and was especially fond of St. Patrick’s Day.  Flowers gratefully declined.  Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at the Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home, 21 Pierce Ave. Hamburg, NY at 1 PM.
