Obituary of Lucille A. Gottstine
Lucille A. Gottstine (nee Groth), Age 90, of Boston, NY, passed away peacefully May 9, 2022. Mrs. Gottstine was the wife of the late Raymond H. Gottstine, married for 40 years until his passing in 1995. Mother to Dr. Martin (Karla), Thomas (Anne), Sue Campo (Dr. Lawrence), Charles (Pamela), Ronald, Dr. Sally Loewke (James), John (Amy), Judy Griffin (Gregory). Grandmother to ten grandchildren; Matthew and Kaitlyn Campo, Eric and Brien Gottstine, Brett and Brianna Loewke, Ryan and Sam Gottstine, and Lillian and Paige Gottstine. Daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Groth (nee Buchner). Sister to the late Anne Marie Lorenz (late Edward). Dearest friend of Audrey Kasprzyk and Florence Weiss for over 50 years. Her proudest accomplishment was raising eight children and two foster children, Stanley and Corrine. In addition, she was a homemaker whose talents included knitting, cooking, baking, canning, sewing; and in her spare time enjoyed shopping for bargains. She was an associate at Integrated Marketing Solutions and Pleasures and Pastimes Craft store and Bookkeeper for RCA Victor prior to her marriage. Friends may call from 9:30- 11:30 AM, Friday, May 13th, 2022 at the DONALD M. DEMMERLEY FUNERAL HOME, Hamburg, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon, at St. Mary’s Oratory in East Eden.
