I was very sorry to hear this. Jeff was a wonderful person. We briefly shared an office at the DEC offices on Delaware and I worked with him many times over the years after he moved to the Allegany office. My sympathies to his family.
To Ann and the Family, Very sorry to hear about Jeff. We had so much fun together back on Delaware Ave in a 3rd floor room built for three but shared by eight people ! He was a great guy.
