Cook, Joan E. (nee DeFerari), age 84 of Hamburg, October 23, 2019. Wife of the late Donald Cook, Esq. Mother of Brendan (Lisa), Terence and Christopher (Lynne) Cook, Coleen (David) Calabrese, Noelle, Justin (Molly) and the late Kevin (Jean) Cook. Sister of Kathleen O'Halloran. Also survived by 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services took place at the DONALD M. DEMMERLEY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 21 Pierce Avenue, Hamburg on Tuesday, October 29 at 9:30 AM and from St. Bernadette RC Church, 5930 South Abbott Road, Orchard Park at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours were held at the funeral home on Monday, October 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Flowers are gratefully declined. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association.
