Sweeney, Rita R. (nee Reuther), age 92, of Hamburg, November 16, 2013. Wife of the late Charles Sweeney. Mother of Martin, Christopher (Kathleen), John, Charles (Dianne) and Patrick (Cheryl) Sweeney and Mary (late Robe) Fazekas. Sister of Anne (Thomas) Reuther Milholland and the late Henry (late Rachel) Reuther. Also survived by 15 grandchildren. Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at SS Peter & Paul Church Saturday at 10:00 AM. Visitation at the Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home, Inc., 21 Pierce Avenue, Hamburg, Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society, c/o SS Peter & Paul Church, Hamburg. Mrs. Sweeney was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society, church choir for 54 years and past Regent of CD of A Court St. Agnes 817.
