I have had the pleasure for the last 3.5 years to wait on George. He was always one of my favorite customers. He often tipped me with $1.00 coins and I still have everyone he ever gave me. He always insisted his dinner be served on a hot plate and we all would refer to him as "hot plate". He will be greatly missed and my sympathy goes out to his family. May he rest in peace.
