Duggan, Joan V. (nee Schmitz), age 65, of Hamburg, March 6, 2013. Wife of John Duggan. Mother of Angela (John) Ruggiero and Sean (Bobbi Jo) Duggan. Grandmother of Jared Ruggiero and Fiona Duggan.
